Chesed (KHeh-sed), is derived from the Hebrew language that means “loving-kindness” and/or “grace”. Simply put, Beloved Chesed means Beloved Grace.
2. How long are shipping times?
Processing Time: This includes order verification and quality check. Our manufacturer usually ships item(s) within 2-7 days after an order is received.
Shipping Time: Once your item(s) leave the warehouse it typically takes an additional 7-14 days to reach your destination, but may be delayed due to inclement weather or holiday seasons.
3. What's your return policy?
We have a 30-day refund policy from the date of your purchase. Prior to returning the item, please contact us at info@belovedchesed.com.
The following are required upon request for a full refund:
- a picture of the product with a full description explaining the issue with the product.
- product must not have been worn prior
- product original tag must be attached
Anything past 30 days from the date of your purchase will not be approved. During this time, you may donate or recycle the product.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, you may contact us for further assistance.
5. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order (wrong size/color, defective, or not exactly what you wanted) then, you may contact us at any time, along with a picture and full description.
6. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, please contact us.
